About this event

Join Sound Therapist and Astrologer Jane Kight in a special Sound Bath Event for the Full Moon Eclipse, happening EXACT on the ECLIPSE

Jane has been featured in FINANCIAL TIMES as a go-to sound therapist in London, and is known for her popular cosmic-connection sound bath events which always sell out.

Full Moons are both a celebration AND an opportunity to let go of things that are no longer serving us.

The focus of this special sound healing session will be on opening mind, body, and spirit to clarity, inspiration, and insights which come with deep relaxation.

Result: Getting un-stuck in body and mind, and re-gaining peaceful balance.

Instruments include: Gong, Himalayan Singing Bowls, Crystal Singing Bowls, Chimes

What to expect:

Wear comfy clothes, and bring something to lie on (mat or blanket), a pillow for your head or under your knees, and an eye mask or scarf.

A light blanket is a nice idea, too, since the body tends to cool in deep relaxation.

Lie back and let the specially designed Sound Bath take you into a state of deep, therapeutic, restorative relaxation. The body holds onto our thoughts and emotions, which can become tension points and blockages over time. Sound healing relaxes and releases where your body needs it most ...

...vibrational therapy is MAGICAL.

My sound healing work is backed by up-to-the-minute medical and scientific research AND the time-tested wisdom of ancient practices.

Sound is good medicine!

P S: let me know if sitting in a chair is more comfortable for you than getting down on the floor, and I will provide one.

Venue: the historic ETNA Community Centre in beautiful St Margarets, in a quiet tree-lined neighborhood just over the bridge from Richmond.

Free street parking on weekends and in the building's lot.

ETNA Community Centre is within easy walking distance of St Margaret’s Station, and 5 bus stops from Richmond Station (frequent service).

Bus stop Poplar Court is just around the corner on Richmond / St Margarets Road.

How Sound Therapy works:

Sound is literally energy that we can hear and feel! And sound therapies can be a powerful form of energy healing. Sound waves can connect or “entrain” with our brain waves to induce deep healing, and are often used in trauma therapy. This holistic practice works with sound wave frequencies to remediate the body's systems as an integrated whole.

Experiencing a Sound Bath can help return the body to a healthy state of "flow" by opening blockages in the body's systems, including circulatory, lymphatic, brain and nerves, endocrine (hormone), digestive, and immune. Plus sound vibrations can heal the body all the way down to the cellular level!

Organised by

Sound Therapist focusing on deep, restorative relaxation. Targets: stress and anxiety, insomnia, mental focus and "monkey mind", muscle and joint pain, immunity, digestion. Modalities: Sound Baths, Gong Baths, Crystal Bowls, Himalayan Singing Bowls, gentle therapeutic percussion.
