Description

For one night only, Smokestack will be transformed into a Peruvian dining destination. Diego Loret de Mola is coming over from Peru, he's the Head Distiller of BarSol, the brand that's leading the renaissance of Pisco, Peru's national spirit. He'll be talking you through the history of this little-known drink, while you enjoy a perfectly paired menu of cocktails and Peruvian food.

The menu

  • Amuse Bouche (BarSol Selecta Italia, Cocchi Americano, ginger ale & angostura bitters)
  • Ceviche de Lubina paired with a Travelling Sour (BarSol Pisco Primera Quebranta, peach liqueur, lime husk cordial, aquafaba & frozen raspberry powder)
  • Empanada Aji de Gallina paired with a Chida Flip (BarSol Selecta Acholado, corn syrup, egg, banana liqueur & cinnamon)
  • Anticuchos de Panceta paired with a Captain, My Captain (BarSol Selecta Torontel, jasmine-infused Cocchi rosa & orange blossom)
  • Cheesecake de Sauco paired with a Mountain Espresso (BarSol Perfecto Amor, manzanilla sherry, cold drip coffee & nut bitters)
