Pit Stop - Move More, Sit Less
This one hour Move More, Sit Less Pit Stop offers you the chance to broaden your knowledge and skills about the influences affecting our physical activity levels in the workplace and how this can affect our physical and mental health. This interactive session explores a variety of ways that can help us to be more active, less sedentary and improve both employee health and productivity at work.
