Pit Stop - Relaxation Training

This practical relaxation training session will provide you with an opportunity to experience a range of relaxation methods and though practice, alleviate stress whilst increasing wellbeing levels.
By the end of the session you should have an increased knowledge and skills in relaxation practice.
It is recomended that you bring with you a mat and blanket if you wish.
