Description

Delivered by Lynne Martin - Elevator
As a member of Elevator’s Projects Team, Lynne has used her coaching and marketing skills to help Elevator’s clients make the most of themselves and their businesses. An experienced writer and performer with shows at TradFest, Verdant Works, The Unicorn, and Edinburgh Festival Fringe under her belt, she knows what it takes to tell an engaging story and hold an audience. Drawing on nearly ten years’ experience as a coach and teacher, she will encourage you to refine your business’ message and find your voice as a presenter.
Workshop Overview
In business, you can be asked to pitch or present for a variety of reasons. Whether it is seeking finance or looking to secure a new client, being pitch perfect will never be more important. This workshop will provide you with the tools to create engaging pitches that are true to your own individual style, while providing your audience with a clear message to take away. You will then be shown how much a positive impact a powerful delivery can bring to your pitch and basics tips to enhance your own.
10am – 1pm
Module 1: Pitch Content
In this Module we’ll look at fundamental elements of the pitch such as content and structure, and by the end of the session you’ll have created a 2-3 minute pitch that represents your business, that you will be comfortable presenting in any situation.
1pm – 2pm
Working Lunch
A light lunch will be provided for those participants registered for both modules on the day.
2pm – 5pm
Module 2: Pitch Delivery

You’ll be challenged and taken right out of your comfort zone in this workshop. Individual feedback on your own personal style will be given ensuring you get the most out of the experience.

A light lunch will be provided for those participants registered for both modules on the day. Module 2 can only be attended if Module 1 has been completed. Participants are welcome to attend any or all workshop as preferred
