Pitching Crash Course with Alizée Musson
Overview
An overview of pitching and how to approach writing pitching documents.
Content: This session will cover verbal vs. written pitches with examples from recent pitching forums and different techniques to get over stage fright; loglines vs. taglines, writing synopses, treatments, and pitch decks. Participants will have the opportunity to start writing their own pitching documents (a logline, a tagline, a synopsis, and a verbal pitch structure) for a project of their choice. The aim is for them to have a first draft of each document by the end of the session.
