Finally, it's your big moment...
You've poured your heart and soul into
this project and now it's your chance to sell it to the people who matter most…
and pitch it in person.
You may only have this one shot, and you may only have a few moments…
But now that you actually have to ‘stand and deliver’, can you really do your great story justice? Or will nerves or your presentation style let you down?
The best idea in the world still needs a killer presentation. And in this interactive workshop, we will tool you up to do your story the very best service when it matters most.
So many of you have asked for additional training ahead of your ‘Speed Pitching’ at the London Screenwriters Festival… and so we put this one day pitching workshop together.
Welcome to ‘Pitching Thursday’, an extra workshop day at the London Screenwriters Festival. Thursday October 27th (9.30am kick off at Regents College).
The workshop is run by Charles Harris, veteran pitch training guru. It’s designed to improve your pitching skills and give you insights into your style, ideas and delivery. Charles creates an informal, fun and supportive environment so that you can work with peers and skilled professionals to make the most of your proposition and hone your skills.
Note: Though we encourage you to pitch your own projects in order to get the most from the session, feel free to pitch whatever you like, be it ‘Inception’, ‘One Day’ or ‘Friends’. At the end of the day the most important thing is that you get in there and start pitching!
Get the most out of your great ideas and opportunities at the festival.
Places are limited and cost £15 for LSF delegates.
