The Margherita pizza is a classic Italian pizza topped with tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella cheese and fresh basil leaves.

Many consider the Margherita the true test of a pizzeria’s quality— if they can make a great Margherita - they can make any pizza well! The Margherita’s simple ingredients highlight the essence of traditional Italian cooking.

In this session you will learn the fundamentals of making fantastic pizza, which you can then replicate at home. And of course you will have your own freshly made Margherita pizza to eat there and then.

Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.

Jordy’s Pizza began serving authentic Italian pizza 10 years ago built on a passion for simplicity and high-quality ingredients. Starting as a mobile catering service in Nantwich, we quickly gained a loyal following by bringing fresh, handmade pizzas to events and pop-ups across the North West.

In 2023, we opened our first pizzeria in our home town offering the same artisan pizzas in a warm, welcoming space. Whether from our mobile ovens or the pizzeria - every pizza reflects the team’s core values: being passionate about pizza, keeping things simple, and letting great produce speak for itself. Today we continue to deliver honest, delicious pizza and love everything about what we do!

From 29th -31st August 2025 the Nantwich Food Festival will transform our picturesque town centre into a food lovers’ paradise. Located across three sites, we’re bringing marquees filled with top quality food and drink from producers all across Cheshire, Great Britain and beyond.

As one of the UK’s largest free to enter food festivals, our 3-day event brings together the best of talent and produce. Local heroes and celebrity Chefs from across the county offer unmissable live cooking demonstrations, and our 2 live music stages deliver an eclectic line-up ensuring there’s something for everyone.
