Do you have a main race you are aiming for this year? Want to know how to plan your training?

Using training principles of overload, adaption and recovery this workshop aims to provide knowledge on how to plan, structure and monitor training so that it becomes progressive and builds towards specific goals. It will also provide guidance on how to use races within a training programme as stepping stones towards your main goal.
