Join us for a transformative online event where we will come together to meditate for planetary peace. This session will focus on cleansing, purifying, and re-energizing our energy body for a sense of inner peace and harmony. Collectively raising our vibrations and sending positive energy out into the world. No experience necessary, just an open heart and willingness to connect with others in a virtual space.
The Planetary Peace Meditation is a powerful ancient meditation that has been shown using Kirlian Photography to expand the the aura by 1 meter especially when done in groups. When this meditation is done in groups the energy downpour is much more powerful!
Apart from purifying and strengthening your aura, it is also a powerful way to receive Karmic Entitlement and receive healing divine energy, grace and thus opening yourself up to become a channel of divine healing energies. It is in blessing that we are blessed, a simple understanding of the law of karma, and so ultimately it has the effect of blessing you in any area of life.
We will start with a very short introduction into Yoga prana vidya healing, and a simple understanding of how this works. Then we begin with simple exercises to prepare your body for the energy downpour (4 minutes), followed by the meditation (20 minutes), followed by the exercises again to prevent congestion and assimilate the energies.
Take sometime out of your day to serve your energy body (and ultimately your physical and emotional and mental wellbeing), strengthen and increase your vitality and to bless the planet with powerful healing energies.
NOTE: this is not recommended for those who have come down with a virus. The energy downpour can be very heavy so we advise you to not attend.
