Plank workshop with Sam Turner
Mon 7 August 2017, 10:00 – 16:30 BST
We are very lucky to have Sam Turner join us to deliver her amazing plank work workshops
Plank work workshop
With plank work we are aiming to work on cooperation, focus and motor skills. By working on planks we teach dogs about their own bodies and by the way we set this training up they also learn to keep their focus on you as well as their own bodies. On the planks we set different challenges which we adjust to you and your dogs skills and abilities.
This workshop is appropriate for all ages as the impact on the body is not very high. Mentally though plank work can be very demanding. A great way to work on your cooperation skills and focus together. All the while teaching your dog about his body as well.
This workshop is appropriate for dogs aged 12 months and upward that do not have physical limitations due to inuries or otherwise.
Morning workshop 10-12.30
Afternoon workshop 14-16.30

Please note that dogs not booked in as a handler spot will not be able to attend this event, sorry. This event will be outdoors so please wear weather appropraite clothes
