Description

Planning for Change - Friday 15th November 2019 (9.30am-4.30pm)

Open to all organisations!

Whether by choice or circumstance – change happens. Planning for change requires third sector organisations to consider the impact of change on how they currently operate; to be clear about how they will operate in the future; and to identify and undertake the tasks required to address both successfully.

This full day session, facilitated by CEIS and Volunteer Glasgow is aimed at Managers, CEOs and Board members and participants will

  • Be introduced to the key components of a change management process
  • Have an awareness and understanding of a range of models and tools that can be used to identify and analyse the impact of change on their organisation, and planning for change
  • Consider the implications of a change in their IGF funding
  • Review strategy options for mitigating negative impacts and developing new operating models

(Please note that lunch will be provided to participants)

This workshop has been developed, planned and will be delivered in partnership with the city-wide Glasgow Capacity Building Group including Glasgow City Council, Volunteer Glasgow, CEIS, GCVS, Jobs & Business Glasgow and Glasgow Life.

Please let us know in the booking form if you have any additional support requirements and contact the organiser - Karen.Armstrong@gcvs.org.uk if you have any queries or require any additional information about this session

Please bring your Eventbrite ticket with you on the day, either printed or on a mobile device
