We’ll guide you through an action plan with SMART (specific, measurable, realistic, timebound) objectives and how to incorporate flexibility and revision.

By the end of the session, you will know how to:

- Identify risks

- SMART action planning

- Flexible planning

This event is targeted at people who are thinking of starting a business or have been trading for less than 2 years.
