You will leave the day with a credible and exciting plan to move your business forward and ensure a successful 2012. You will cover every aspect of your business: Vision, finances, customer service, time management, being distinctive, developing existing customers, generating new prospects, converting leads into paying clients, creating systems & processes, developing your team.
This is a community event, so in addition to working through a well-proven planning process, you'll get fresh ideas and great solutions from the other business owners in the room. Just realising that you're 'not the only one' is both a relief and an encouragement. (Previous feedback is that this element to the day is really valuable.)
Critically, you will leave the day inspired and enthused to make your plan a reality. You WILL be in a far stronger position relative to your competition. Your customers will notice the difference. And your team will benefit from your greater focus, purpose and determination - we all want to be around people who are optimistic and encouraging.
Our guest speaker at this event is our very own Manchester-based 400m Olympic sprinter, Andrew Steele. Once we've covered venue costs and materials, 100% of the proceeds will be donated to Andrew. Andrew is working hard to generate support from local businesses to finance his training programme for London 2012. Andrew has a great story to tell and what he shares is directly relevent to the journey we're on as business owners.
For 1 day, let someone else look after the emails and the phones and invest 8 hours in planning out a brighter future. Resolve now to make Wednesday 11th January the most important day of your new year.
