Planning in the construction industry is probably the single most important management process required to deliver successful projects.
Well executed and detailed planning will deliver a programme of works that becomes an invaluable tool for managing the order of works and monitoring the progress against the plan.
This one day workshop will guide delegates through the process of analysing the work sections and activities, the allocation of resources and the critical path. The workshop will also show how this information is brought together to produce the programme of works.

Cancellations made within 7 working days of the course/seminar start date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 5 working days are subject to a 100% cancellation fee. All cancellations must be notified to Construction Federation Services in writing. Email notifications are acceptable. A telephone message is not sufficient as a notice to cancel. Delegate substitutions are welcome. If delegates do not attend a course/seminar without giving a notice of cancellation within the appropriate timeframe, no refund will be given.
