For everyone who's interested in learning how to cook whole food, plant-based meals from scratch. These classes provide you with ideas and inspiration from the heart of my kitchen.
During the evening you will cook three simple supper dishes with tips and techniques that will save time and improve your kitchen skills.
The workshop is a mixture of demonstration and hands on. Dishes and ingredients will vary depending on what is in season.
We will cook dishes such as:
- Spinach and Chick Pea Curry
- Vegetable Chilli
- Dhal with roasted sweet potato and toasted coconut
You'll be able to taste everything made on the evening, and you'll also be able to take home a sample of everything - if it's not eaten! Plus, you'll receive a little goody bag with recipes from the evening so you can recreate the meals at home.
Minimum of two people, maximum of four.
