Switching to a plant-based diet, or just need some inspiration on what to cook? Learn how to make delicious plant-based meals in 3-hours.

About this Event

There's no denying that many more of us are switching to a plant-based diet, and it can seem a daunting task to know what you need to replace that good old meaty stuff without buying something processed off the shelf. This 3-hour Men's Health cookery class, hosted by the Good Housekeeping Institute, will teach you the skills to know what's important in your diet and give you some inspiration for easy, fresh plant-based meals. So whether you're a strict vegetarian or just trying to reduce your meat consumption, this class is for you.

Triple-tested recipes: Roast Cauliflower Tagine; Mexican Chickpea Burgers with Salsa; Jackfruit ‘Duck’ Pancakes 

The class includes practical tuition from our trusted GHI chef tutors, recipes and ingredients!

Aprons and cooking equipment are provided for you to use on the day.

All food produced during the course is yours to take home.
