About This Event
Join me for a nourishing and reflective journey into nature, open to people of all genders. Together, we’ll explore how to identify native plants and trees but this walk is about more than just plants. It is a celebration of resilience, connection and renewal through the lens of the natural world.
We’ll reflect on how nature mirrors our inner lives cycles of growth, transformation and wisdom. Through this shared experience, we’ll deepen our connection to the land, to ourselves, and to one another, honouring the intuition, adaptability and interconnectedness that live in us all.
What to Expect
🌱 Welcome & Grounding CircleWe’ll begin with a grounding circle to introduce ourselves, set intentions, and acknowledge the significance of coming together in nature.
🌾 Guided Plant WalkAs we walk, we’ll stop to explore:
- How to identify key native plants and trees in season
- Their traditional, cultural, and energetic significance
- How the cycles of nature reflect our own personal experiences of growth, change, and healing
✨ Nature & Identity – A Shared ConnectionRather than focusing solely on the medicinal uses of plants, we’ll explore how herbal astrology, mythology, and the broader symbolism of the natural world can help us understand ourselves and each other.
🌀 Reflection & Closing CircleWe’ll end with a gentle closing circle for shared reflections and integration.
