FAQ's

How long will the experience take? We've designed Plant Pop! to take 20 - 30 minutes of escape from the outside world!

What should I bring? Bring your ticket, and a fully charged phone / camera, and your best poses!

Are tickets available at the door? Yes we will allocate some tickets on the door, but these will be limited and we cannot gurantee entry!

Do you refund tickets or change times? Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. We only have a limited number of tickets, apologies for any inconvenience caused. Please contact us on info@plantpop.co.uk if you encounter any issues and we'll see what we can do!

What time do I need to arrive? Please arrive on your allocated day any time between 12pm and 9pm. Please be aware there may be queues during busier times. But we'll do our best to get you in as fast as possible!

Is Plant Pop! wheelchair accessible? Yes! Although the route to entry is different due to the venue restrictions.

Are there bathrooms? Yes!

Can children go without an adult? Children need to be supervised by an adult at all times - no exceptions.
