Planting trees in Hackney Downs

Help plant a tree in Hackney Downs park.

We will be planting several new trees over the whole weekend, Saturday 6th - Sunday 7th December, join us for both days or for just one.

Hackney Downs park, in the old Bowling Freen, South of the centre circle.

No experience necessary!

All tools and equipment provided. Please bring your own gardening gloves if you have them. We will be working outside so please wear suitable clothing and footwear for the potentially wet and cold winter weather.

Also, a thermos of tea and a snack is good to have when doing physical work outside.
