Description

Seminar for UK Street Artists: How to sell your work in Europe?

Tuesday 10th May, 5.00pm – 7.00pm

The Albany, London

FREE to attend

Organised by XTRAX, this seminar is designed to advise artists trying to break into the European market as to the potential barriers they may encounter and how best to broach them.

It will provide a valuable insight into the European outdoor market and the context of festivals in Europe, offer advice on how to get noticed, how to build relationships with promoters and will signpost you to some of the most useful networking events across Europe.

We have invited speakers with expertise in the outdoor arts sector and experience of touring in many contexts across Europe and beyond.

  • Julia Von Wild, co-Artistic Director of tête-à-tête festival in Rastatt, Germany.

  • Bill Palmer, Founder and Artistic Director of Avanti Display, one of the UK’s longest established outdoor performance companies.

  • Stefano Di Renzo, Native Italian Circus and Physical theatre performer.

The seminar will be chaired by German Festival Specialist and ArtsAgenda Director Bettina Linstrum.

There will be time for networking and discussion after the event.
