Are you looking to improve your fitness in a fun, engaging way? Whether you're a creative soul seeking inspiration or someone who finds traditional gyms dull and uninspiring, 'Play House: Fitness in the Park' is the perfect fit for you. Every Tuesday for 5 weeks, we turn the park into a vibrant playground where you can exercise, meet new people, and become part of a thriving community.
What to Expect
Every session is a new adventure! From playful group games to creative fitness challenges, our activities are designed to keep you moving and laughing.
Sessions are generally 1 hour of warm up, theatre games, skill work (think cartwheels, rolling, handtstands) strength and flexibility flow and a cool down.
No two sessions are exactly the same, so there's always something new to look forward to, but if there is a particular exercise that helps you, let us know and we will make it a mainstay.
Cost: These are donation based events recommended donation being £12.00 per session.
