Play. Learn. Facilitate.
Event Information
Description
Hello
We all work with other people, whether collaborating on projects or simply meeting with colleagues. Some of us are tasked with leading groups, or facilitating collaborative action within teams. Do you ever find yourself wishing that you could do this differently, find a new approach, or help a group see things from a whole range of new perspectives?
We think we can learn a lot by bringing people together from different sectors and environments. And through sharing and reflection discover new, playful ways to unlock team potential, create action for change, and do whatever you need to do with your teams and organisations, better.
The Why
Over the years we’ve shared our knowledge, techniques and ideas with one another. We’ve learned through the adoption and adaptation of each other’s workshop activities. It’s proved fruitful for our work, our clients and ourselves. And it’s been great fun!
We think you can benefit too, so we’ve decided to bring together a variety of practitioners and facilitators to create an opportunity to try out new ideas, experiment, and reflect on how these might be adopted, adapted and put into practice.
The Who
We want people like you to come and enjoy the opportunity to try something you’ve never done before and reflect on how you might bring fresh and effective facilitation and team-building activities to your repertoire.
Enjoy a day with us at WallaceSpace, Covent Garden. All you need to bring along is openness – to solving problems in new ways, to sharing your reflections on what works for you, and to meeting people from outside your sector who may be facing similar challenges.
If you like, you can bring along something you’d like to try with a group of fellow experimenters…
