Playing With Plays
Unlock your imagination and learn how writers create the world of their story. Join our fun and friendly 4-week course where you'll dive into an enchanting world of nursery rhymes and learn skills to turn them into introductions for scripts for radio, stage or screen. No experience necessary.
Whether you'd like to share your imaginative tales with a younger audience or friends, or simply wish to have a go at writing, this lovely course offers a place to explore, create and connect through the magic of storytelling.

Venue
This course takes place at Exeter Community Centre.
Times and Attendance
Class takes place Thursdays from 5 June to 26 June, 2025.
We start at10:30am and finish at 12:30. There will be a short break. Please feel free to bring your own refreshments, or takeout hot drinks are available to buy from the Mulberry Cafe on site.
You will be required to complete an Exeter College Registration Form at the first session.
Commitment: we ask that learners try to commit to the full 4-week course to enable everyone to get the most from the sessions.
Courses are popular and we run a waiting list on our Eventbrite courses, please advise us if you are no longer able to attend the course so we can offer your place to somebody else.
