The sessions will be lead by Dr Paul Lattimore, Senior Lecturer in Psycology at Liverpool John Moores Univerisity, and a Buddhist with a strong personal daily meditation practice. Paul has co-taught on Mindfit Mindfulness for Stress courses and brings a great wealth of knoweldge and experience. Paul is a very popular member of the Mindfit teaching team and will be a gift to those attending the sessions.
Paul is very passionate about Mindfulness and dedicated to sharing it with others.
