When & Where
The sessions will be led by Nicola Forshaw, an accredited Breathworks Mindfulness trainer, accredited Mindfulness in Schools Project (MiSP) trainer for children aged 11-18, and owner of Mindfit.
Nicola is passionate about improving mental health and wellbeing and priveliged to be able to share this wonderful practice with others wishing to find peace and happiness.
