Lunchtime Mindfulness Meditation

Every Wednesday 1pm - 1.45pm

This 6 week lunchtime drop-in will be lead by Nicola Forshaw.

Nicola is an accredited Mindfulness teacher with Breathworks as well as MiSP (Mindfulness in Schools Project) and has taught Mindfulness to businesses, schools and individuals across Liverpool. Nicola meets the criteria of The Good Practice Guidelines of the UK Network of Mindfulness teachers and is registered at: http://www.mindfulnessteachersuk.org.uk/

Nicola is very passionate about Mindfulness and dedicated to sharing it with others.

This drop-in consistently receives "Excellent" feedback from participants.
