CASES Update:


Primarily aimed at GPs and Nurse Practitioners

We will be looking at 3/4 areas of specialism within this event. There will be interactive "hands on" workshops to support your learning needs and GPs will have the opportunity to attend each workshop.

The specialities have been identified via evidence from CASES and the workshops will be supported by CASES, Reviewing GPS and mentoring consultants:

  • ENT

  • CARDIOLOGY

  • GASTROENTEROLOGY

There will also be voluntary sector stalls to improve signposting to services for our patients

Can I register more than 1 person at a time?

Yes, you can register multiple people at the same time. The system will give you 10 minutes to complete the registration. Please ensure that you have all the delegate details to hand.

Can I register tickets for my colleagues without knowing who is going yet?

Yes, the system will require you to complete the form anyway. Simply register using your name and details on the tickets in the first instance; see instructions below on how to amend registration information at a later date.

How do I amend my delegate details / registration information / workshop choices?

You can update your delegate information at any time up to the week before the event. Simply set up an account with Eventbrite using the email address you registered with, locate the name of the event you wish to make changes and click ‘Manage Order’, then ‘Edit’. Any amendments made after cut-off date are not guaranteed to be included on the delegate list.

I can no longer attend; can I cancel or transfer my ticket?

To cancel your ticket login to your Eventbrite account and click ‘Cancel Order’. If you later change your mind you will need to re-register (subject to availability). To transfer your ticket to a colleague, please see the above instructions on how to update your delegate information.

What do I do on arrival at the venue?

Make your way to the main entrance for registration. There will be a registration desk clearly signposted with sign-in sheets. Sign-in sheets will be alphabetical order by surname, please find your name on the list and sign yourself in.

Do I need to bring any tickets with me on the day?

No, as long as you have completed the registration and received a confirmation email then we will have your details. You may want to keep a copy of the ticket for reference.

I’ve not received an email, am I registered?

If you have registered yourself, you will receive a confirmation booking email upon successful registration; this is normally sent out immediately upon completion. If you have not received an email then please log into Eventbrite and check your details and update accordingly. The Events Team are not responsible for any errors made on your registration form so please check these details carefully to ensure that they are correct.

If your practice manager has registered on your behalf, please check with them that they have received the confirmation email and retain a copy of this for confirmation. Please do not assume that you are booked on until you have received a confirmation of your booking from your practice manager in the form of a registration confirmation email.

I’ve forgotten if I’ve registered, how do I check?

If you didn’t keep your confirmation email or didn’t received one because the email you provided was incorrect, you can check if you are registered by logging into Eventbrite and looking under the ‘Tickets’ section. You will also receive a second email reminding you that you are booked on, prior to the event (again, subject to the details provided at registration are correct).

If your practice manager has registered on your behalf, please check with them that they have received the confirmation email and retain a copy of this for confirmation. Please do not assume that you are booked on until you have received a confirmation of your booking from your practice manager in the form of a registration confirmation email.
