At Plot, our mission is to stop people from running bad workshops. Now we are working together online, we need to make workshops even more humane. After years of designing and running all kinds of workshops we have put together the insights we have gained into a workshop, and a kit for designing workshops online and in person.

We have designed it so that you can make every session interesting, to the point, productive, and engaging for everyone in the room — making workshops that flow and engage people well online. We’ll show you how to make sure you’re comfortable with what you are doing. We’ll lay out the mechanics of designing and planning an online workshop, and enough troubleshooting support to help you be ready for anything, and to make your workshop a success.

We will also be joined by illustrator Camille Aubry, who will be visualising the insights and the ideas we develop, to share with you with the kit after the event.

Just so you know, this workshop has been developed and tested with lots of participants, and run since 2014.
