November's #plumshowcase raises a Dr Spock eyebrow while looking back at 2023 and what could happen if you close your eyes and picture what's achievable once Father Time opens the door to 2026.

The biggest challenge facing so many businesses is to first find, then maintain, balance. Even when the pendulum swings. The way to do this is to preserve the good bits of what was, while creating, crafting or building out the new. This requires a mix of guts-&-gusto wrapped with the ribbon of faith-&-belief. Of doing-&-seeing, tweaking-&-refining.

At the end of the #plumshowcase sessions, Zoomsters will have experienced their own Newton's Cradle as each Hot Seat Sister delivers words of widsom, know-how, insights and practical takeaways.
