We’re back with another Plus Size Pole Class, created especially for women who want to move, laugh, and reconnect with their bodies in a space that celebrates every curve.
This isn’t about being the most flexible, strong, or coordinated person in the room, it’s about showing up for yourself, trying something new, and having fun doing it.
Step into a space where sass meets self-expression! This Workshop is a pole dance experience designed exclusively for plus-size individuals who want to feel empowered, celebrated, and supported.
This beginner-friendly session welcomes everyone, whether you’re brand new to pole dancing or looking to refine your skills.
Our expert instructor Aisha will provide variations and tailored guidance to ensure that every move feels accessible, comfortable, and empowering for your unique body.
Please don’t worry about your level of flexibility, strength or stamina; these are all qualities you will gain from Pole Dancing! We all had to start somewhere
What You Need to Know:
- Who’s it for? Absolute beginners and anyone looking to enhance their foundational skills. No prior experience is needed.
- What to bring? Make sure you wear shorts (not leggings), and a comfortable top. Bring a water bottle, and pack a face cloth.
- Preparation: Please avoid using moisturisers, body oils, or hand creams 24 hours prior to the workshop, as they can make the poles slippery.

Zero Minutes Lateness Policy Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your class, you will not be allowed to attend a class if you have missed the warm up, as it is not safe.
