As it’s the “festive” month we have something a little different for you in December .

Our featured speaker is Sarah Jayne.

Sarah Jayne has been a marketing professional for many years and having to rebuild her life with her small children, Sarah Jayne turned her passion for dance into a fitness business.

She has created a unique class that is tailored to ladies of all ages, a safe environment where you get to dance, and there is truly nobody watching. The classes offer a safe environment where you get to escape from every day pressures of life and let your hair down and have a little fun. Two left feet and non dances are more than welcome as each routine is broken down in simple bitesize stages.

You also don't have to be a fitness bunny, all levels of fitness and health are welcome. Each short course offers something different, from the Greatest Showman, Dirty Dancing and Beyonce to Hello Dolly, her classes are sure to capture that hidden dancer inside.

Sarah Jayne is looking forward to warming you up for Christmas with a little something special.
