Soo and Hannah will be sharing their celebration of the 1st anniversary of Women’s Space with you. Women’s Space is a collaborative partnership between Shekinah, Trevi House and Eddystone Trust; it is a service for women run by women. We have jointly established 'Women’s Space' with no budget or contract just a combined passion and willingness to help make life better for vulnerable women in Plymouth.
Women's Space offers a warm and welcoming environment for women on Tuesdays and Fridays who can enjoy the safe company of other women, speak to women from local support agencies, enjoy the activities on offer or simply come in off the street and enjoy a warm welcome with a cup of tea!
Trevi offers a therapeutic treatment programme for women who are recovering from substance misuse; our ethos is to empower women through education, nurture and positive role modelling. We have over 22 years’ experience of supporting women who are at risk from harm related to their drug or alcohol addiction or domestic abuse.
Hannah has been in the addictions field since 2000 and is especially passionate about recovery for women and mothers. ‘I feel privileged to be part of Trevi House and seeing the difference that we make’ Hannah Shead
