Event description

For the first time in the U.K., PMDD & Me bought together those affected by PMDD to be heard, understood and supported.

The atmosphere on the day was truly electric! So many friendships were formed and the overwhelming response has been that those who came feeling alone in their struggle, now feel validated and that they know where to turn to for support.

Our expert speakers shared so much information and advice and were able to answer many of your excellent questions!

If you missed it, please don't panic! You can still join us virtually from the comfort of your own home.

This ticket gives you access to watch our full recording of the day through your web browser.
