The first of its kind in the U.K., PMDD & Me 2019 is bringing together PMDD warriors with survivors in the revolution of being heard, understood and supported.

Join us on this groundbreaking day to celebrate our combined strength and voices, to raise our heads above this debilitating disorder and to create a network of strong, powerful women.

We will have talks on the most up to the minute research, from leading experts, and from PMDD survivors and their families.

You will also have an opportunity to ask questions from our panel and to join in with workshops on mindfulness and distress tolerance skills, make a difference by taking part in research and learn about natural alternatives to conventional medicine.
