A space for people experiencing PMDD (diagnosed or undiagnosed) to come and meet other people going through this debilitating condition.
PMDD affects people's daily lives and relationships and this meetup is to ensure nobody feels alone in what they are experiencing.
This will be a relaxed atmosphere where you can chat to one another over a tea/coffee. There will be mindfulness colouring to take part in if you'd like to.
About the facilitator
Margarita (she/her) has experienced PMDD for years before finding out about the condition itself. It has affected many aspects of her life, including the ability to work full-time and her relationships.
During her luteal phase, she often feels like a completely different person and isolates herself from others.
Margarita came across The PMDD Project (the first charity for PMDD in the UK), and after attending their first event in April, she felt so validated that she wanted to create a space where people can come together regularly and feel less alone.
