The focus of the evening is to explore how to improve project success in the VUCA world.

The Power of Student-Led Social Enterprise

The Teesside Enactus team is a student society that runs local and international life changing social enterprises to meet the needs of communities with entrepreneurial spirit and innovations developed at the University of Teesside.

Leadership in the VUCA Environment

Lysa Morrison is currently Director of Transformation at Cintra Payroll and is a recognised Global Keynote Speaker. Lysa is a visiting lecturer at NUBS and co-founder at The Whitley Bay Gin Company and a TEDx speaker. Having successfully ran her own company for over 10 years Lysa is in demand as a keynote speaker at conferences and events across the UK and Europe on a range of topics such as motivation, influencing, confidence, trust, employee engagement, leading change, project management, NLP and much more.

Lysa has a client base in industries such as Project Management, IT and Clinical Research, Trade Bodies, HR , CIPD, Law, Art Galleries, Sub Sea and Renewable Energy, Housing, Health, Universities and Schools, Charities, Government, Local authorities, Retailers, Recruitment, Police, Development Trusts, Start up and Enterprise Support and many more.

Exploring Project delivery via the British Clippers project 

Stephen Carver is rated as one of the top lecturers at Cranfield School of Management, where he lectures in project and programme management. Stephen has 30 years' experience in change projects and programmes. He has hands on experience in almost all business sectors from banks to oil, and from construction to law firms.

He often uses fast paced and highly entertaining 'storytelling' techniques as a way of conveying information and ensuring it is retained for the future. Stephen has worked at Board level in Europe, Middle East and Asia. He is a Fellow of the Association for Project Management and the Institute of Risk Management and, is an expert in projects, programmes, risk, communications and crisis.
