Explore different themes in poetry, and share and discuss poems past, present and self-written.
For September, Grace and Charlotte will continue the poetic summer walk around Chelsea into Autumn, stopping by blue plaques and the homes of notable writers and poets! They thought it would be lovely to explore poems written by those who aren't known as poets, but have written wonderful poems. Below is a list of authors who lived locally and will be included on the walk. Please bring or send in poems by the authors listed, or about Chelsea in general, written by yourself or others.
Please meet at Chelsea Library at 5.45pm on Thusday 26 September, to leave for the walk at 6pm sharp, returning to the library for 7.30pm.
