Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes! There is flat access to the library, lift access to all floors, and a disabled access toilet.

Do I have to book a ticket or can I just turn up?

We advise booking a ticket on eventbrite in advance, as this will be an intimate workshop with limited availability.

Do I need to be part of the LGBTQ+ community to join the session?

No! This workshop welcomes LGBTQ+ allies as well as the community itself.

How old do I have to be to attend the workshop?

This workshop is suitable for people who are 16+

Do I need to know anything about poetry and Polari already?

Not at all! The session is for anyone who is interested, regardless of related knowledge or creative experience.
