About this event

Arts • Literary Arts

Ever felt a creative current flow within you, while other times it feels blocked?

We believe that each and every one of us is an artist. That we all possess the innate skills needed to artistically express ourselves, sometimes they just need the right conditions, guidance and practise.

Through this immersive workshop we will explore exercises and techniques to help creative flow through the modaities of poetry and drawing. This workshop is designed for people of all capabilities, backgrounds and anyone, whether you think of yourself as a drawer or a poet, is welcome!

The workshop will also involve a short guided meditiation, sharing circle and a discussion on the creative process/creative brakes and accelerators. Complimentary CBD drinks, teas and coffees will be offered in the break.

Proceeds of this event will support Medical Aid Palestine and Xapiri Grorunds (protecting the Amazon rainforest and indigenous peoples).

We look forward to seeing you!

This event will be facilitated by Ryan Khan. Ryan first trained as a facilitator with the Synthesis Institute and has studied with the Shipibo people of Peru and most recently with Tibetan Buddhists at Lerab Ling temple.

This event is 16+.
