What do I need to bring?

If you feel more comfortable bringing your own mat, please feel free. And comfy clothes and water! Come as you are

Do I need to have experience in movement?

Not at all, this workshop is for all levels - there is nothing to force and no pressure to be anything else. We welcome everyone :)

Will I need to write and read anything?

You will not need to do any writing or reading. We use spoken word in the Nidra element of the session, guided meditations and contemplations written by Casey, Jay or some of our most loved words. At the end, there will be an opportunity to reflect and share if you feel required to.
