Subitha Baghirathan- Networker for Community Access Support Service (CASS)- invites you to listen to some poems to encourage you to explore your own feelings or get a different perspective on your emotions.

This session is also definitely for people who simply feel like taking some time out for themselves and be read to- a treat not only for children but us adults, too. This session will end with some information on CASS resources for emotional wellbeing and a few of the support services available in Bristol.
