The Poetry Portal

A space where we welcome you to connect with nature, with your inner wisdom and with your life experiences to craft your own poems to express what your world looks and feels like.

Georgina and Shehnaaz will be holding the space at the beautiful Field of Healing on 'portal days' starting on 7th July 2025.

We will offer a nourishing cup of cacao followed by a guided meditation to set the scene for creative expression around a theme.

You will be invited to express in words how you feel and to share (if you wish) the words you write.

We will also use essential oils for aromatic anchoring, led by Shehnaaz

And take some time to embody our experience through movement, led by Georgina

We hope you will leave feeling relaxed, refreshed and more connected to your inner wisdom.
