How much of life passes us by because we are so busy? Always on our way somewhere? How often do we miss the small moments because we are in a hurry? Perhaps we have to learn how to slow down. One way we can do this is practicing gratitude.

Times and Attendance
This course is on 17th December from 10am - 12pm.
You will be required to complete an Urban Learning Academy Enrolment form at the start of the session and feedback forms at the end.
Commitment: we ask that learners commit to attending this course as we only have limited spaces. We run a wait list on Eventbrite. Please cancel your ticket, or contact us, if you are no longer able to attend the course so we can offer your place to somebody else.
Tickets: When booking tickets, please book one ticket per person and provide a name for each ticket. We are unable to accept bookings without a name or multiple bookings under one name.
