Join poet Judy Brown for this workshop on National Poetry Day and use images and writings from the museum collection to inspire your own poems about local places and people.
Judy lives in Derbyshire where she works as a poetry tutor and mentor for the Poetry Society. She is an associate fellow of the Royal Literary Fund and has been writer in residence at Gladstone's Library and poet in residence at Dove Cottage. Her second book of poems Crowd Sensations (Seren, 2016) is a Poetry Book Society recommendation.
Free, but advance booking essential.
Please note that this workshop is being held at Buxton Library as the museum is closed for redevelopment.
