Poetry Workshop Series: Belonging, Home & Self-Narration

Leicester poets Carol Leeming MBE FRSA and Ty’rone Haughton will guide participants through this series of free poetry workshops as they explore the themes of belonging, home and self narration.

  • No previous writing experience necessary
  • Develop your confidence and writing skills
  • Learn about self narration; how to tell your own story in your own voice through poetry

All workshops will take place on Saturdays from 10am-12pm.

This particular workshop will take place on 23rd August in person with Carol Leeming MBE FRSA at Leicester Central Library and will explore self naration and how we can tell our stories in our own words through poetry.

These workshops are free but places will be limited.
