Whether you’re a novice, amateur, or professional poet, this workshop themed around coastal history, taking in marine life, will help you explore ideas and be inspired by our beautiful coastal setting.

Pens, pads, and other prompt materials will be provided, and feedback will be based wholly on positivity, with constructive ideas for development.

Experienced at delivering creative writing workshops, Harry runs the North East Stanza of the Poetry Society. His published works include: Northern Lights, True North: A Kiss for Your Soul, There is an England, and The Sound of a Landscape.

He has performed live, the length and breadth of the UK, and has also delivered commissions for the BBC, English Heritage, Northern Rail, Great North Hancock Museum, and others.
