Welcome trainers! Join us at Pokemon & TCG Swap Meet hosted by New Forest Collectors Club at St John's Hall. Trade your cards, meet fellow collectors, and have a blast!

We have a number of exciting vendors, both new and returning. Which includes sealed, singles, PokeCrafts, 3D printing and much more. These will be announced on our Facebook page in the run up to the event.

Tickets are available from the 1st of August 2025 @ 10am

This event also includes our BIGGEST raffle to date, which has been co-sponsored by NerdForged!

To keep delivering a fun and welcoming event for our community, we’ve introduced a small fee of £2 per adult. Kids 14 and under come along for free! This small contribution helps us cover venue costs and keep the event sustainable for the future. Where is parking?

Please use the NFDC parking behind the venue. This is New Road Car Park in Hythe SO45 6AQ

Is this for adults and children?

Yes! All ages are welcome. Children under 14 are free to attend and must be accompanied by an adult.

What if I’ve never been to an event before?

You will have a great time meeting people who have the same hobbies as you. We publish helpful guides in the run up to the event and we will also run a session on the day for anyone who wants some help trading.

Will you have any food/drink?

Yes, we serve hot and cold drinks, plus a handful of snacks to keep you going. We accept both cash and card ??

Any tips?

Create a trade binder and price up your cards before the event. This means you know your trade value in advance and if they don’t have something you want you know the cash value if they want to purchase. It’s also worth bringing a small cash float for this purpose.

Tell me about the raffle?

Prizes will be announced soon! The draw will be done at 2.30 on the day and tickets can only be purchased on the day.

Do I have to prebook for card cleaning or pregrading with The Curio Collector?

No, you can just turn up on the day. However, should you want to pre purchase, we are able to assign you a convenient time rather than queuing.
