Pole fitness is an incredible form of exercise that works every inch of your body whilst burning up to 400 calories per hour. This fun and empowering way to keep fit is kind to your joints, works your core strength and helps tone your body.
We are all going to experience Pole Fitness for the first time in London so don't miss out as we have fun, work our butts off and share giggles along the way. As always, free goody bags filled with healthy snacks to take home with you.
What to expect...
This will be a taster fitness class taking you through a warm up, basic spins, climbing technique and also conditioning exercises which will help you get into an invert (upside down) although don't expect to be inverting on your first class. We will then put a combination of moves together so you can guage just how much you have learnt in just one class.You don't need to have any dance/gymnastic experience or upper body strength to do the class - leave that to us!
Pole Fit London is founded by Anna Milosevic an ex ballerina who could see how by using the pole you would be able to fully condition and strengthen the body but also keep the same beautiful lines and technique you use as a dancer. Pole Fit London teach strictly structured classes and take you from your first spin up to a professional level of competitive pole. We have a number of experienced Instructors each with a different background in dance or fitness, including the incredible World renowned pole champion Sam King as our lead instructor.
Ad Virtus UK are a women's health and fitness organisation based in London who host monthly fitness events for women, we want to introduce women to alternative ways of keeping fit so that every month you can tick something off your bucket list and discover new hobbies.
