Overview
In the first half of the training session, participants learn about and practise four powerful tools which will help them to define a problem, structure a problem, develop a hypothesis and plan their work.
In the second half of the session, participants revisit the tools and explore new content on developing insight and influencing others to deliver change.

Participants learn and practise four powerful tools which help them to (1) define a problem, (2) break down and structure a problem, (3) develop a hypothesis, (4) plan their work. They also learn about generating insight and influencing stakeholders.
Cancellations

Cost
Whilst there would be a cost to attend these courses normally, the cost is being met by the Policy Profession Team.
