About this event
Develop mindfulness techniques for everyday practice for personal growth and wellbeing as well as personal transformation.
This is a 6 week course starting on 16 February.
Sessions will take place on Wednesdays at 7.15pm
Dates:
Wednesday 16 and 23 February
Wednesday 2, 9, 16 and 23 March
Please note:
This course is for adults only.
Participants will be required to attend and commit to the full course.
Please book a ticket for the first date. This will allow you to attend the whole course
Participants will also be expected to complete a short survey at the end.
